In the Port of Nagoya area, Meiko Trans owns a total of 410,000 square meters of warehouse space. Many of the space provide for the storage and movement of general merchandise, grain and steel materials.
Nishi 4-ku Logistics Center, the largest facility of all Is located directly next to the busiest container terminal at Nagoya Port and consists of modernized warehouses.Meiyon Kokudo Logistics center and 3-Gochi Logistics Center are easy to access for customers since they are located between the port area and the hinterland. Kinjo Logistics Center has the capability to handle various kinds and sizes of cargo.
Our logistics centers are also found overseas. In the United States especially, our subsidiary, 'Meiko America Inc.' has warehouses in major traffic points such as L.A. and Chicago. Total warehouse space in the U.S. alone is 87,923 square meters.
Packing is playing a more and more important role in today's complex logistics industry.
